How to Apply-> Application Process
- Applicants who consider themselves eligible for the above posts they must apply for CGHS Recruitment 2015 in prescribed manner.
- To apply for this, applicants need to type a neat application on a plain paper.
- Form must be filled in Capital letters, either in English or Hindi in the prescribed Performa (available in the Official Notification) and send it with attested copies of required particulars and two passport size photos to it only to the Address mentioned below.
- Application must be send directly in the Office of Additional Director, CGHS Pune by 06th April 2015 by 5:00 PM.
